- Security of Personal Information
Your privacy is very important to us and we value your trust. riinu (riinu, llc, and/or riinu.com hereafter referred to as riinu) endeavors to use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction while it is under our control. We will not sell, loan, share or provide user’s personal information to a third party without your explicit approval.
- Use of the Services
In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to riinu will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms of Service and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by riinu, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with riinu. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers) and shall ensure that you comply with all the file instructions present on the Services.
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with riinu, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that riinu has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which riinu may suffer) of any such breach.
- Passwords and account security
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to riinu for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify riinu immediately.
riinu users will provide their real names and information. Listed below are commitments you make to riinu relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:
You will not provide any false personal information on riinu, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
You will not create more than one personal profile.
If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
You will not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (such as a status change from member to that of a commercial advertiser).
You will not use riinu if you are under 13.
You will not use riinu if you are a convicted sex offender.
You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
You will not share your password, (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
You will not transfer your account (including any page or application you administer) to anyone without first getting our written permission.
If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).
- Protecting Other People's Rights
You are solely responsible for your interactions and communication with other Members. You understand that riinu does not in any way screen its Members, nor does riinu inquire into the backgrounds of its Members or attempt to verify the statements of its Members. riinu makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of Members or their compatibility with any current or future Members. We do however recommend that if you choose to meet or exchange personal information with any member of riinu then you should take it upon yourself to be cautious up to and including conducting a background check on said person.
In no event shall riinu be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of this Service or persons you meet through this Service.
riinu respects other people's rights, and expects you to do the same while complying with the following statement:
You will not post content or take any action on riinu that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
We can remove any content or information you post on riinu if we believe that it violates this Privacy Policy.
If we remove your content for infringing someone else's copyright, and you believe we removed it by mistake, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.
If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
You will not use our copyrights or trademarks (including riinu.com, riinu, llc. or riinu), or any confusingly similar marks, without our written permission.
If you collect information from users, you will: obtain their consent, make it clear you (and not riinu) are the one collecting their information, and post a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you will use it.
You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on riinu.
You will not tag users or send email invitations to non-users without their consent.
